Library Cards

Library cards are available to all Clinton County Residents free of charge. People living in Kirklin and Perry township must bring proof of their hometown library card before being issued a FCPL car.

Returning Materials

Renewals

Books and Books on Tape may be renewed 1 time for an additional 2 weeks if there are not reserves waiting on the book or tape. Overdue items may not be renewed

Late Fees

$2.00 per day, per item, maximum $10.00 for:

Adult Videos
Adult DVD
Adult CD-ROM

Book and Video Drop Boxes are available in the alley behind the library.

Copy Machines

The copy machine is available to the public at a charge of $0.10 per page for black and white copies, and $0.25 per page for color copies.

The Circulation Department of the Frankfort Library is located in the Herrick Wing of the library. The circulation staff assists patrons with loaning of materials and library equipment.
