Our SOC testing is required for the warmer months of the year, typically the second and third quarter of the year, and there were two sets of tests, one for each treatment plant. Our treatment plants are listed as "entry points". The newer plant on McKinley Avenue, is EP#1, and the older plant on East Washington Street is EP#2.
The analysis of these tests was done by Environmental Laboratories, Inc., in Madison, Indiana.
